BOOKING POLICY

A nonrefundable deposit ($20 for most services) is required to book — no deposit, no appointment. This acts as the cancellation fee and will go towards your remaining balance at the time of your appointment.

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice will require a new deposit to rebook. I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond that, your appointment may be cancelled. If I am still able to accommodate you, your appointment may be simplified to fit the remaining time.

I like to take my time with my work, especially with nail art involved — please allot 2–4 hours for your appointment. If you are booking for freestyle nail art, please send inspo pics at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow me to prepare accordingly.

Clients with open cuts, skin infections, warts, etc, will be turned away due to risk of contact dermititis, cross contamination, and infections that can occur if these areas come into contact with nail products and tools. DM me a picture if you aren't sure.
